If you decide to use this approach you must have a very large pocket book and superior discipline to leave when you earn a small success. For the purposes of this story, a figurative buy in of two thousand dollars is used.
The Horn Bet numbers are certainly not seen as the "successful way to wager" and the horn bet itself carries a house edge well over 12 %.
All you are betting is $5 on the pass line and a single number from the horn. It doesn’t matter if it is a "craps" or "yo" as long as you gamble it at all times. The Yo is more popular with gamblers using this system for apparent reasons.
Buy in for two thousand dollars when you join the table however only put $5.00 on the passline and one dollar on one of the two, 3, 11, or twelve. If it wins, awesome, if it does not win press to $2. If it loses again, press to $4 and continue on to eight dollars, then to sixteen dollars and after that add a $1.00 every subsequent bet. Every time you don’t win, bet the last bet plus another dollar.
Using this scheme, if for example after 15 rolls, the number you bet on (11) has not been thrown, you likely should march away. Although, this is what could happen.
On the 10th roll, you have a total of one hundred and twenty six dollars in the game and the YO finally hits, you win three hundred and fifteen dollars with a profit of $189. Now is a good time to march away as it’s higher than what you joined the game with.
If the YO does not hit until the twentieth toss, you will have a complete investment of $391 and seeing as current bet is at $31, you earn $465 with your take of $74.
As you can see, adopting this system with only a one dollar "press," your profit margin becomes smaller the longer you gamble on without attaining a win. That is why you must leave away once you have won or you have to bet a "full press" once again and then carry on with the one dollar increase with each toss.
Crunch the data at home before you attempt this so you are very accomplished at when this system becomes a losing affair rather than a profitable one.
